low quality video memories

i've been attempting to sync my phone. "attempting" is the key word here. my contacts are terribly messed up because they merged with my google contacts & now if a friend calls it will say "heather davidson or 5 others" because for some reason she is in my phone 6 times. & it is like that with every single one of my contacts. it just so happens to be a season of life where i don't really have time to figure out how to fix that, so my phone is still connected to my computer & zero progress has been made on cleaning up the contacts. instead, i got to looking at some of the videos i've taken with my phone lately. which is WAY more fun that trying to fix my contacts:) thought i'd share some of the love.

hazel dancing:: she refuses to just dance, instead if a song comes on that she likes, she asks me to pause it so she can go get a skirt on. any skirt will do & she just puts it right over her clothes. pretty cute...but also way long & i don't know how to shorten it.

anders & his milk:: he simply endure the cereal every morning, just to get to drink the milk. he will even grab heaping, milk-dripping handfuls of cereal with his hands because it's faster than using a spoon & the quicker he eats the cereal the quicker he can drink the milk from the bowl.

lena & her sippy cup:: please, please ignore the proud-mom-squeal at the end. this may seem like no big deal, but 2 things we've been working on have come together beautifully lately with sweet ms lena...drinking & not throwing everything. so this is a big deal. she is regularly drinking from her sippy cup BY HERSELF! this video was about 2 weeks ago & she is doing even better. so yes, annoying squeal, but i'm just so proud of her!

  1. Cute videos! It's wonderful to see Lena's progress!

Also, want some tips for the iPhone contacts? I work in IT and do a lot of support for them. I could probably help you figure it out in a few steps. It's not as bad as it might seem!

  2. In another year or two you will be able to hand the phone to Hazel and she will be able to fix it for you! That's how kids are. "No, no, don't mess with that! You might hit the wrong button and delete something....Oh, you fixed it. Um, thanks."
