set a fire

anders' preschool class was supposed to have their talent show during one of the 5,439 snow days we had in the last few months.  so they made it up last week.  anders decided early between ninja moves and singing.  he then went with singing and knew specifically what song he wanted to sing & every time it would play at home or in the car, he would "practice".  now this boy loves him some singing.  he sticks with activities all of about 2 seconds, unless it's singing and he's on it.  he is also quite a ham.  so him saying he wanted to sing at a talent show made matt & i wonder what kind of goofy/silliness he would actually do on stage.  but, he showed us.
no silliness or made up words or crazy noises, just focus.  straight up focus.

now, this video is long...because well, once he started, there was just no stopping him.




and when he was done, we were proud and he was really proud of himself too, just look at that face.  what a rascal.
